I have been doing some experiments with my other blogs and came across and became very intrigue on how the automated blog and ping work. I started my online professional (self-proclaimed) blogging career on the second quarter of this year with so many experimental blogs and even thought of dropping some of it because, in reality, managing a lot of weblogs can be tedious and may be guilty of not having quality posts, and we all know that readers do not like that.
The Experiment
What if you can really automate your blogs, specifically blogs that have strategically targeted niche? Here is one option I tried and I would like to share this. This kind of method is not that easy at first, but if you could really crack the process, you will earn enough moolah that you may want to only have a part time job for the rest of your professional career. Also, it is clear that in a way, this is considered grey-ish to black-ish hat and you might want to have second thoughts about since it is frowned upon by concerned people.
Automation of Niche Blogs
Here is the idea, You study and make a research on a topic, gather all your primary keywords and long tails, buy your keyword-rich domain name, create a blog, get traffic, and earn through pay-per-click system (PPC) or through affiliate programs. Sounds easy, not quite.
Things to Consider
Niche
( High searches with Low Competition)
In order for this method to be effective, you might want to do a thorough research with your keywords. This is one of the most crucial stage in this method and should not be overlooked. You can actually search on what’s hot and what not from places like Trends, Buzz and Lycos Top 50.
Keywords
You can use Free Keyword Research Tools which I personally use, and head up to google’s monster search bar, and determine the competition.
Keyword-Rich Domain Name
(or somewhat close)
Buying your keyword rich domain may come in handy with regard to seo purposes. Having your keywords placed on your domain name affects your seo efforts one way or another.
Multiple C Class Ip’s
Since you will be having a lot of blogs, and hosting it to many hosting companies would be such a pain. Multiple C Class Ip’s is your best option. Imagine if you have 15 different C Class Ip’s with different name servers, that would be a great deal for you to run your automated blogs. You could always interchange your links with one blog to another without worrying about having the same name servers.
Scripts
You really have to invest here. The higher the investment, most likely, the higher profit that it will generate. You could always try wp-o-matic (free) and rss2blog ($247). These scripts would generate your blog posts for you.
But It is all Duplicate Content
There are some sem’s and seo’s think that this is just a myth but for some, this is a serious matter to them. If you are included in the latter, you might want to re-write your PILLAR posts and still continue with posts that are generated with the scripts.
