First Time Flip

I have sold a site, and on the process of the transfer. I didn’t get much of it, but the price is quite fair enough for me to give away the site. I will update and blog about what happened within the transfer. This is my first flip. Remember my first flip challenge? I didn’t have the luxury of the time to update it so, I posted it and luckily I got a bid that is enough for me to create another one or invest to other things.
