Honeycomb and dual-core processor powered tablets are almost here. Samsung’s Galaxy Tab 2 will be released next week, February 14th at the Mobile World Congress event in Barcelona in Spain.

And now, we have seen Samsung Galaxy Tabs lowering their price from different US Carriers. Like Verizon, they have dropped it from $499 to $399 without contract. Sprint also has a promotion wherein consumers can get the Galaxy Tab for $299 but with a 2-year contract bind with it. Now, T-Mobile just recently dropped its price of Galaxy Tablet to $249.99 but like with that of Sprint - It is with a 2-year contract together with the purchase.
As much as it is tempting to buy the Galaxy Tab now, be sure to consider the 2-year contract that binds with the purchase. Also, since the Galaxy Tablet 2 will be released next week, you might want to wait for it since the Honeycomb (instead of Froyo) and Dual Core Processor will be included in the next table (meaning - the power of multi-tasking)
Your choice.
