Another tactic is to call the nearest Apple store and ask if there will be shipment at night and be available for tomorrow - If your local Apple store will have a shipment at night, your best chance is to line up one hour before (or earlier) infront of the store to get a stub. From there, you will wait until opening and submit the stub for you to get an Iphone 4s that day.
It is quite the obvious the the iphone 4s s selling like hot cakes nowadays, but heed these words - After a few more months, there will be an update making your iphone 4s a thing in the past.
