Godaddy didn’t turn into a turtle literally, but the actual speed of their page load. When I signed up with Godaddy last June, I had no problems with my overall experience. I bought my very first domain on a reg free, which back then had just recently dropped and then sold it for fifty bucks ($50).  I have been overwhelmed with this experience thus making me more determined to look and watch out for gems in the domaining industry.

Turtle Speed

Godaddy recently changed their overall website layout which in my opinion dragged the whole site page load time.  I sold a few domains the other day and had a HARD time processing the transfer because of  the sluggish speed of the site load. for each click, I had to wait 2-4 minutes just for one page to load.  Sometimes, the network time out page would appear and I had to refresh every now and then for the site to be accessed.

I need Speed

One of these days I will make a time to call Godaddy and report my experience with their site.  Their customer service is helpful when it comes to sales and technical support but as of now, the site isn’t that much accessible for online customers.  I just hope they will do something about this.  Godaddy is considered one of the most popular and populated marketplace for  domains. I just hope they will fix this problem because  if they would overlook this problem, they will lose a lot of customers, big time.
