I was browsing the internet and found this keyphrase Happy Face Serial Killer. I did some research and found one good article explaining the keywords. The name was coined because the killer was sending smiley notes to journalists whenever he had victims. Also, It was on the news that the daughter of this Happy Face Serial Killer would go out to the Dr. Phil show and would tell her story on national television.
