Have you noticed that recent posts on this blog are dedicated to this month’s happy day?! Argh! Its Halloween. One of my favorite holiday once a year. Fun times always comes around whenever it is Halloween season. I remember going to Knotts Berry Farm and enjoy the whole evening there. Though the park may be quoted as “NOTs Berry Farm” it is all good though. If I can remember it correctly, there were plenty of ghouls, Freddy Krueger wannabe’s and Giant spirits that roam around the park. And after that. It’s PARTY Time - We would go to a friend’s house and have a beer knockout the rest of the evening and have a nice conversation with the company.
Those Were the Times
I really miss those times. I wish in the Philippines, Halloween would be recognized and celebrated as wicked as with other countries. There are some reasons that I can think WHY Halloween is not that popular in the Philippines.
- Not Popularized by the Spaniards
- Instead of spending money with costumes and chocolates, they would rather save it for the next month’s celebration - Christmas.
And a few other personal reasons. But based on my experience with Halloween parties, THEY TOTALLY ROCK!
