Once again, the Philippines has been hit by a killer typhoon. Typhoon Storm Ondoy touched the Philippines’ capital Manila on September 26, 2009. Reports say that there have been deaths and a few more people missing as of this writing. This is what they really call a “natural disaster.” The last time the Philippines had been hit by a killer typhoon was a few years ago and as far as I can remember was on the year 2000. The whole metro manila was submerged and some areas would go deep as a three story building.
